In the middle, protecting both sides. Buyers receive goods on time and as ordered. Manufacturers receive their payments as agreed in the contract.
About us
CV. Kayu Artha Graha is a sourcing and quality supervision agent based in East Java, Indonesia, specialising in the wood industry. We work with many manufacturers across Indonesia in veneer, wood flooring and garden furniture.
We understand what buyers and manufacturers each need, and act as a professional bridge between them under mutually agreed conditions. We believe trust comes above everything, and we uphold it.
For the buyer
We guarantee that ordered goods are produced correctly, quality-controlled and shipped on time, until the Bill of Lading is issued.
For the manufacturer
We protect the manufacturer's payment rights and send reminders according to the agreed contract schedule.
Every cooperation runs under two separate contracts: a Sales Contract between buyer and manufacturer, and a Service Agreement between buyer and Kayu Artha Graha for supervision, QC and order management.

Quality control
Material, dimensions, moisture content, colour, finishing and packing.

Daily updates
At least once a day, 10:00–17:00 Indonesia time (GMT+7), by email or WhatsApp.

Shipment monitoring
From production until the Bill of Lading (B/L) is issued.

Payment follow-up
Reminding buyers of the payment schedule to protect manufacturers' rights.

On-time delivery
Making sure goods are completed on schedule.
Special sourcing
For species not available at our partner manufacturers, the buyer pays for the material in full, in advance; we source it and deliver it to a partner for processing. T/T only: 100% material, then DP1 30% at production, DP2 30% after >50% progress, and 40% after copy B/L.
Terms
Payment terms · buyer to manufacturer
Option A · Letter of Credit
Subject to final approval by the manufacturer's bank in Indonesia. If an L/C cannot be accepted: 30% T/T + 70% L/C, released after copy B/L is received.
Option B · Telegraphic Transfer
30% down payment after the contract is signed, 40% after production passes 50%, and 30% after copy B/L.
Port of loading: Surabaya (FOB Surabaya). Incoterms are stated in the Proforma Invoice.
Service fee · buyer to Kayu Artha Graha
Paid under a separate Service Agreement, 50% once it is signed. Covers our assigned supervisors, QC and all related costs until the order is completed.
